Soap Making Workshop

This soap-making workshop is filled with so much fun and creativity!

Each pupil will be introduced to a range of new materials and will design their very own organic, functional soap.

Here’s a brief description of what happens at a soap-making workshop

Let the inspiration begin: - The group gets their creative juices flowing by touching, feeling, and looking at soaps created at previous workshops by pupils like themselves.

Introduction to tools and materials: – Pupils are shown the process and techniques of soap making and taught how to use all the tools safely and correctly.

The selection process: - Individuals choose from a large selection of cosmetic fragrance oils and natural mica colours to fragrance and scent their soap. Students also have the option to embed their soap with a bath toy.

Pupils begin designing their soaps: - With our friendly staff on standby with tips, tricks and inspiration if needed.

Students work on their packaging: - Making beautiful packaging to take their soaps home in whilst waiting for their soap to dry.

How long is the soap making workshop?

2 hours - Consists of soap making and packaging.

Half-day - Soap making combined with packaging and bag design.

Full-day - We can run two or three sessions so more children can experience this exciting opportunity.

How many young people can the soap-making workshop accommodate?
